I called to try to book an appointment and asked what my out of pocket cost would be and I was told to call my insurance company. Why would I call my dental insurance to see how much I need to pay this place for a cleaning? Absolutely ridiculous. I then proceeded to ask questions and the lady rudely said “are you booking an appointment?” When I asked again about responsibilities, she placed me on hold and then disconnected, no one ever bothered to reach out again. Very terrible first impression.

A huge thank you to Dr. Miller and his assistant, Jaylen, for the exceptional care they gave my daughter today. She had six fillings, one of which was a chipped front tooth repaired, and they made the entire experience so much easier with their professionalism, kindness, patience, and great sense of humor. They took the time to make her feel comfortable every step of the way, and we are so grateful for the outstanding care they provided. I highly recommend this amazing team. God is good.

New Life Dentistry was a breath of fresh air. The entire team, including the office staff were pleasant and sincere from the moment I walked in the door--something that is rare in the dental field. The dentist took the time to explain her logic behind recommendations and wasn't pushy. Overall, a great eperience.

Best cleaning my teeth have ever had. Kathy, the dental hygienist was awesome. I had to go back to have a tooth extracted and Dr. Lee made the experience as comfortable as possible. The numbing part of the process was painless and he was great about explaining everything that was happening as he went. I highly recommend Lenoir City Dental.

I can't say enough good things about New Life Dentistry in Knoxville, TN. Dr. Lee and Dr. Nusser were absolutely phenomenal with my girlfriend's extractions and implants. They handled everything with such care and expertise that the whole process felt surprisingly non-stressful and smooth. What really stood out was how personable and genuinely kind they both are—they truly made us feel like family from the very first visit. Their office is beautiful too, with a peaceful view overlooking a pond that adds to the calm atmosphere. My girlfriend used to have serious anxiety about going to the dentist, but after her experience here, that’s completely changed. She actually looks forward to her appointments now.
